KPA PERFORMANCE SEASON
REGISTRATION & POLICIES

Registration Dates:

  • April 1: Opens for current KPA families
  • April 15: Opens to the general public

 

Registration Process:

  • All registrations are online via our portal.
  • New students must create a new account.
  • Returning students can sign in with existing login credentials.
  • Accepted payments: VISA Debit, and VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Payment in full for the performing season can also be made with a studio administrator during office hours.

An automatic confirmation email will be sent once registration is complete.

Fees:

At registration:

  • $40.00 Administration Fee
  • Last month’s tuition (June); last month’s tuition payment is non-refundable after the January 15 withdrawal deadline.
  • Monthly Tuition: Automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month, beginning in September.

Performance season runs September to June, securing your spot for the entire season.

Discounts & Special Rates:

  • Unlimited Students: Once monthly tuition reaches $300, students can take unlimited classes for one flat fee.
  • Family Discount: Available for families with multiple students in the same season.

Fundraiser: One mandatory fundraiser per season for all registered students. If you prefer to opt out of the fundraiser, you may do so for a fee of $150.00 per student.

Class Changes & Withdrawal Policies

  • Class changes: Must be requested by October 15 to allow time for costume orders.

Withdrawals:

  • After January 15, a $100 withdrawal fee per student, per class applies.
  • June tuition is non-refundable as of January 15 withdrawal deadline.
  • After February 15, a $100 fee still applies for withdrawals, and June tuition remains non-refundable.

Additional Fees

  • Show tickets (Recitals, Showcases, Productions)
  • Production audition fees (if applicable)
  • Additional costume fees (for roles beyond registered class)
