KaRAR Performing Arts proudly operates out of a 10,000 square foot facility thoughtfully designed to support and inspire the development of young performers. Our studio is home to four spacious studios, a dedicated music room, and a tech studio, all purpose-built for high-quality instruction in dance, drama, musical theatre, and music.

Two of our largest studios feature dance-specific sprung flooring, modeled after the same surface used on our performance stage—providing students with a safe and professional training environment. Our flagship studio includes a fully outfitted stage and backstage area that closely mirrors the setup of the Shell Theatre, where our major productions are held. This gives students the unique opportunity to rehearse in a setting that prepares them for the real stage experience.

Beyond the classroom, our space is also designed with families in mind. We offer comfortable, shared community areas that encourage connection and collaboration between students, parents, and instructors. Whether it’s waiting between classes or connecting after a performance, KaRAR fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere where relationships and artistic growth can flourish.
