KPA Summer Raffle Rules

Ticket Purchase Requirements:

  1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. The name written on the ticket must be that of someone 18 years of age or older.
  3. Should a minor be found to have purchased or been named on a ticket, the ticket will be voided and the cost of the ticket refunded.
  4. KPA board members are prohibited from purchasing tickets for themselves or on someone else’s behalf.
  5. Spouses and/or family members of KPA board members are permitted to purchase tickets.
  6. KPA staff members, excluding directors, are permitted to purchase tickets.

Ticket Sales:

  1. Ticket sales will take place from April 27 – June 13 at the KPA office (4401 48 St., Stony Plain), and June 14, 19, 20 and 21 at the Dow Centennial Centre Shell Theatre (8700 84 St., Fort Saskatchewan).
  2. Tickets will be $5.00 each, no ticket bundles for a lesser price will be available.
  3. 1,320 tickets are available.
  4. Tickets can be purchased via cash, credit or debit.
  5. Tickets purchases will only be available in person, no online or electronic sales will be available.
  6. Should a purchaser wish to withdraw their ticket, there will be no refund for the ticket cost.

Raffle Draw:

  1. The draw will take place at the Dow Centennial Centre Shell Theatre (8700 84 St., Fort Saskatchewan) immediately following the 1:00 PM show on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
  2. The draw will be conducted on the stage.
  3. All tickets will be entered and only one draw will take place.
  4. The draw will be open to the public.
  5. The draw will be video recorded.
  6. All tickets will be placed in an agitatable clear or mesh container, from where a director or board member will draw a ticket.
  7. The director or board member drawing the ticket will present a bare arm with any watches or bracelets, turn their head away from the container while drawing the ticket, and upon selecting the ticket, clearly announce the winning ticket number and the name written on the ticket, then present the ticket to the recording device.
  8. All other tickets will remain in the container until the winner is contacted and the prize claimed.
  9. If there are two names written on the ticket, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named. Neither KPA nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes between the individuals written on the ticket.
  10. The prize winner will be required to present their ticket in order to claim their prize.
  11. Should the winner not be present at the time of the draw, the winner will be contacted at the phone number they’ve provided on the ticket.
  12. Should the prize remain unclaimed for 30 days, a new ticket will be drawn from the remaining tickets.

PRIZE INFORMATION:

  1. There will only be one prize, consisting of a Traeger Smoker, BBQ Accessories, Smoker Pellets, seasonings, a brisket from Freson Bros., a $150 Grove City Meats gift certificate and spice package.
  2. All items included in the prize are new.
  3. Total prize value is $1320.00.
  4. There will be no cash alternatives.
